⁺₊❅ It's the most wonderful time of the year... especially if you’re a bank funding the climate crisis.⁺₊❅

This holiday season, we’re asking you to share an ‘Unseasonal Greetings’ card with HSBC – for funding fossil fuel and industrial agriculture companies spreading climate destruction while generating profits.  

HSBC is at the top of Santa’s naughty list, as HSBC has been:    

🎄The largest funder of agribusiness in the Global South and the largest European funder of fossil fuels in the Global South. 

🎄Generating 357 million tons of carbon emissions over three years through its investments (roughly the equivalent of 10 African countries emissions for a whole year!)

🎄Delaying its net target emissions and backtracking on its climate commitments. 

HSBC obviously haven’t received the memo that climate emergencies are affecting millions of people’s lives every year, stealing futures, homes and livelihoods. Since it’s the season, join us as we send an unseasonal greeting to HSBC for their contributions to the climate crisis.  

Together we’ll remind HSBC not to fund the climate crisis!

2. Share it on your favourite social media platform
3. Tag HSBC and use the hashtags #FundOurFuture and #UnseasonalGreetings
